Healthwatch Walsall

Healthwatch Walsall is our local health and social care champion. From Blakenall to Willinhall North and everywhere in between, they make sure National Health Service (NHS) leaders and other decision makers hear your voice and use your feedback to improve care.

Since the visit we have updated our phone system. Patients now know which position they are in the queue and they have the option to receive a call back when they get to position 1 in the queue so they can continue with their day.
