Welcome to St Luke’s Surgery, Bloxwich,

St Luke’s Surgery is located in Pinfold Health Centre. We offer GP services to patients living in the WS3 postcode and nearby areas. To register with us, you can get ‘New Patient Questionnaires’ from Reception. You can also register online by clicking the  ‘Register with our Practice’ tab. We are a teaching practice with appointments available for various clinicians. This includes doctors, nurses, pharmacists, mental health nurse, health care assistants and nurse practitioners.
