Welcome to St Luke’s Surgery, Bloxwich,
St Luke’s Surgery is situated within Pinfold Health Centre. We offer GP services to patients that live inside the WS3 postcode and surrounding areas. If you would like to register with us ‘new patient questionnaires’ are available from Reception or you can register online by clicking on the ‘Register with our Practice’ tab. We are a teaching practice and have varied appointments with different clinicians such as Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Mental Health Nurse, Health Care Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.
